Terms & Conditions

  • Majority of our products are on back order, in stock information can be found on each product page.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or returned, please think twice before placing an order.

  • Only in store pickup is available at our shop in King's Square Shopping Centre. Orders have to be picked up within a month after pickup notification email is received.

  • Delivery service is only limited to the Greater Toronto Area, with additional delivery fee are based on area. Click below for more details.

Become a Member

Due to system restrictions, it is mandatory to provide your address during checkout. You are strongly recommended to become a member to save your time placing an order. Sorry for any inconveniences caused.

You can register with Facebook, Gmail or Email by pressing the round button in the upper right corner of the webpage. After registration, you can go to the same round button again and access My Address from the drop down.

 

You can fill in a fake address instead so when you place an order in the future, you don’t need to fill the information again!

In case you fill in the real address, please don't worry. We do not transfer any personal information to any 3rd parties. Only  email address and phone number are important for us to keep in touch with you on your order status.

Pickup Your Orders

Please be aware that sometimes only a few products in your order are ready for pickup. Regardless if the order is partially fulfilled or not, you will receive an email for order pickup.


The product(s) that is ready for pick up is listed in the email notification along with our store location and opening hours.

All transactions are completed in store unless home delivery was requested ahead. ​Please pick up your order within one month after receiving the pick up notification email. Orders will be cancelled for those who did not notify us ahead for a late pick up.

 

Please prepare your email with the order number listed and sufficient cash when you arrive at the store for pickup

Place an Order

  1. Once your product cart is ready, hit the shopping bag icon in the upper right corner of the page and hit checkout
     

  2. ​If delivery service is required at your own expense, please add "delivery service" product to your shopping cart.
     

  3. Fill in your personal information, please be sure to provide your real name, phone number and email for contact purposes. As for the address, you are welcome to fill in a fake one. It is recommended that you become a member before checkout to save time checking out.
     

  4. Hit "Continue" for "Delivery Method" and "Payment", then hit "Place Order" after reviewing your order
     

  5. You will then receive an order confirmation email sent automatically from the system 

Returns & Exchanges

All products are FINAL SALE, except for if defects in craftsmanship or material are found.

 

Personal care items, intimates, food & beverages, products with opened packaging, used, or damaged due to human mistakes are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
